In fall 2026, Mad Farmers is hiring for a year-round position.   This position will be a "right-hand" in both the nursery plant and  vegetable production with fast-paced and varied duties with lots of opportunities for learning and gaining more responsibilities.  The position is 25 - 30 hours per week, with the opportunity for up to 40 hours per week in the spring and summer (if desired). An ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years farm or horticulture experience, or extensive garden experience plus experience with managing projects, teams, or a business.
